Designer

Padraig joined Gill at the start of 2025 as a Designer for trade, having spent a number of years within the publishing and print industry, where he has honed skills as a typesetter and graphic designer. As well as managing the correction and supply of text/cover files for reprints and new editions, he is responsible for the design and layout of a selection of trade books from brief, including interiors and covers, mono and colour.

Some recent titles he has worked on include Enchanted Ireland by Kieran Fanning, The Irish Mammy Cooks Cookbook by Orla Drumgoole, The Irish Farm in Colour by Michael B. Barry and John O’Byrne, Solve It: The Case of the Missing Irish Crown Jewels by Kieran Fanning.
