Ewa joined Gill Books in 2026 as an Editorial and Publicity Assistant, supporting campaigns and editorial projects across the publishing process. She is currently completing an M.A. in Literature and Publishing at the University of Galway, having graduated in 2025 with a B.A. in English and History from the University of Münster, including a year of study in Dublin.

Alongside her studies, she has gained hands-on publishing experience through an internship with Brink Literacy Project, working across editorial, production, publicity and marketing. Her experience across these areas informs her interest in contemporary publishing.
