Production Controller

Alicia is from Madrid, Spain, and has been living in Ireland since 2022. She joined Gill in 2024 as a Production Assistant, where she put her skills into ensuring Gill’s extensive backlist reached bookshops on time and to a high standard.

She has since moved into a Production Controller role, now working on frontlist titles and collaborating closely with designers, typesetters, printers and other local and international suppliers to keep schedules, budgets and quality on track. Her passion for the book as a complete package stems from her experience in book cataloguing. Alicia has also worked as a journalist and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Humanities, and a Master’s in Literature and Publishing.
