Sales Representative

As Sales Representative, Laura is responsible for Gill Books and agency sales into the book trade, managing relationships with booksellers, and promoting and spreading the message of new books and their authors before they hit the shelves.

Laura has worked in publishing for the past ten years, most recently in international rights sales in educational publishing, travelling all over the Middle East and attending international book fairs. But it is books, from literary and genre fiction to historical novels and cookbooks, that have always been her biggest passion. Hence, her role at Gill Books manages to encompass three of her favourite things: reading books, chatting to people about books and hanging out in bookshops!

Laura holds a BA in English and Italian and an MA in Literature from University College Dublin.
