FAQs

How much does it cost to get my order delivered?

Normally the time from your order to its delivery in Ireland is 3 to 5 working days. But these are not normal times and due to an unprecedented high volume of online orders and the need to ensure the safety of staff and implement all social distancing restrictions, both our warehouse and An Post are experiencing delays. Please be assured your order is on the way. We thank you for your patience - and thank you for supporting Irish business.

Orders are processed the same or next working day and despatched via An Post which generally means delivery times of:

Ireland: 3 - 7 working days.
UK: 6 working days.
Europe: 4 - 7 working days.
USA & Canada: 6 - 10 working days.

Cost of delivery varies with individual order weight and destination and will be automatically calculated at the checkout for you. Orders over €25 in value qualify for free delivery within Ireland.

Please note: Due to skeleton staff and social-distancing measures relating to COVID-19, orders may take a little longer to process than usual, but we hope you will understand given the important part everyone is playing in keeping the effects of Covid-19 to a minimum in Ireland.
