More parents than ever are turning to baby-led weaning – a natural, confidence-building approach that helps children develop a lifelong love of vegetables and real food. Nutrition expert Aileen Cox Blundell used this method to successfully wean her three children, and her wholesome, family-friendly recipes – free from salt, refined sugar and unnecessary fuss – have inspired a global community of parents.

Here Aileen shares over 150 nourishing recipes everyone at the table will enjoy, from Three-Ingredient Banana Pancakes and Sweet Potato Super Muffins to Avocado Pasta, Tuna & Quinoa Baby Bites, Chicken Korma Pies, and vibrant Buddha Bowls.

You’ll also find expert guidance on when and how to start baby-led weaning, practical kitchen tips, and strategies to encourage healthy eating habits while preventing fussy eating before it begins.

Say goodbye to purées and separate meals – The Baby-Led Feeding Cookbook makes it easy (and joyful!) to watch your baby build a positive relationship with all types of food that lasts a lifetime.

Aileen Cox Blundell is a mum of three. When her daughter, Jade, was born in 2002, the only way to get her to eat anything was to place the food in front of her and let her take control and feed herself. Seeing the incredible benefits of allowing her own children to experiment with food at an early age led her to create the popular blog and website ‘Baby-Led Feeding’, which won awards for both Best Irish Parenting Blog and Best Irish Food and Drink Blog. Aileen lives in Swords with her husband, Conor, and their three foodie children, Jade, Dylan and Oscar.
