Michael Murphy launches Book of Dreams in Dublin

The launch of Michael Murphy’s Book of Dreams took place on Thursday 5th October in Hodges Figgis, Dawson Street, Dublin 2. Minister for Children Katherine Zappone launched the book on the night and called it ‘A resource for self-knowledge’. The launch marks another event in an already busy few days for Michael, having married his long term partner Terry O’Sullivan on Friday, 29 September and celebrating his 70th birthday on Sunday, 1 October.

The book, which is Murphy’s fourth, shows us how our dreams hold the secrets of our unconscious thoughts, and how understanding their hidden meaning can guide us in our daily lives.

The book has 65 common dreams and an analysis to accompany each one. There are dreams about pop stars, relationships, sex, dead people, horror, animals, being improperly dressed, teeth falling out, the apocalypse, holidays, the Leaving Cert, flying and more. This book will encourage you to work with your dreams in order to reach a deeper understanding of what is happening in your life, and to make sense of the seemingly random material deriving from the unconscious.

You can buy Michael Murphy’s Book of Dreams on our website, online with Eason, Dubray, Amazon and in all good bookshops nationwide.
