Shot on location in Castello San Sebastiano, Turin, it shows what sets the Italians apart in their food philosophy. As we think about dashing out to pick up a pre-packed sandwich that will be eaten at the desk, they are preparing lunch from scratch using simple, fresh ingredients. Catherine is making three colour pasta, a recipe that be found in her new book, and Michelina is on hand to tell her how it should really be done!
