Paul is responsible for the management of the sales team and the sales of new and backlist titles for both Gill Books and agency publishers. He works with the Communications Department on book design, promotion and publicity, and also with the Editorial Department in the development of new titles. Under Paul’s watch, Gill Books’ sales have tripled and its share of Irish published titles have doubled. His experience and flexibility enable our books to find their way to readers by every possible avenue.
Paul has a BComm from University College Dublin and an MBS (Marketing) from Dublin City University.
