Domini Kemp was born in the Bahamas and moved to Ireland in 1983. She trained as a chef at Leith’s in London before starting the Itsa Food Company with her sister, Peaches. Together they own and run four bagel shops, the café in IMMA, the restaurants in Brown Thomas Dublin and Cork, Feast Catering and the gastro-neighbourhood restaurant Itsa4 in Sandymount.
