Here we go behind the scenes at the photoshoot for Eat Like an Italian, Catherine Fulvio’s award winning cookbook. Shot on location in Castello San Sebastiano, Turin, it shows what sets the Italians apart in their food philosophy. As we think about dashing out to pick up a pre-packed sandwich that will be eaten at the desk, they are preparing lunch from scratch using simple, fresh ingredients. Catherine is making three colour pasta, a recipe that be found in her new book, and Michelina is on hand to tell her how it should really be done!
