This is what we call breakfast with style! Just because you’re on a diet doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy your food. Dr Eva Orsmond recommends this recipe for Scrambled Eggs with Caviar as part of her 10lb Diet. Enjoy the indulgence, but don’t be tempted to have any bread with this until you are closer to your goal weight. Chives give this breakfast colour and freshness, so make sure to include them.
1 tsp butter
salt and pepper
1 tsp finely chopped fresh chives
Use a whisk to lightly beat the eggs with a dash of water in a medium bowl.
Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan and pour the egg mixture. Cook on a low heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the eggs are scrambled but still nice and moist. Season and remove from the heat.
Spoon the eggs onto a warmed serving plate, top with the caviar and garnish with the chives.
