A programme of change for better health from the woman who beat cancer twice

04-01-2014 12:15

In order to help herself through a second diagnosis of cancer treatment, Bernadette Bohan began to research how the food we eat can help or hinder our health. Based on the evidence she found through her work, she made radical changes to her diet and lifestyle that brought about her full recovery.

News of her story spread rapidly, with a huge demand for her to reveal how she did it. She developed a programme for change and began to share her story with people who also wanted to increase wellness. Here she shows how to achieve better health by kicking sugar and caffeine habits that are detrimental to our health and discovering juicing to supercharge your daily vitamin intake, among other things. The book also includes her delicious, healing recipes.

Eat Yourself Well will be published on Friday 3 January 2014 (priced at €16.99).
