David Gillick is a retired Irish international track and field athlete and Olympian. In 2013 David was the winner of Celebrity MasterChef Irelandand his first cookbook, David Gillick’s Kitchen, was a bestseller. He works as an inspirational speaker, food writer and blogger. He lives in Ballinteer, Co. Dublin with his wife and family.
